I don't think you can. silicone implants ahve to be in some sort of bag, it would look stupid, and why do you think the ones you have seen have had silicone injections. There have been a number of people made very ill by leaking silicone breast implants, and the same would happen if they had injections. Collagen is AFAIK the only injectable filler.
