Which breast implants look fake? Saline or Silicone?

I work in the health field and deal with implants everyday! First the most fake are the ones that are too big in proportion to the rest of the torso. Second, make sure they are placed below the pectoralis muscle otherwise you WILL have sagging, no support. Also keep in mind that as you age your skin looses it elasticity and then the firmness of the implants remains but not the firmness of your skin, believe me I've seen 25 year old breasts with implants: imagine a tennis ball in a sock.... hmmmmWhich breast implants look fake? Why are you going to make those fake breasts? The attention is tiresome. Having a man make conversation without looking at your breasts is a treat. However, they never look at you when you have large breasts. Have you spoken with someone who has had this operation? Find out the negatives and the positives , please. I think it has more to do with the change in size and location of the implant than the filler. But hey, if you ain't got 'em, buy em! Don't let that economic stimulus go to waste.
both do unless u only put one size bigger but saline is healthier if u spring a leak
