Yes. They outlawed silicone due to negative side effects, and saline implants were used exclusively for a while. However, silicone has been redeemed after further research and improvement of the sacs used to hold it in breast implants, and it's in use again. How could a doctor actually implant a breast?I don't think that it could be done.
