No, that shouldn't cause cloudiness, as long as you let them cure for 24 hours before putting them in the tank. If you didn't let them sit, I would take them out and let them re-dry or redo them altogether. It depends if it is aquarium safe, but if it is safe then it cannot make the water cloudy.
