If a woman put silicone breast implants, later she will can breastfeeding?

It depends on the type of surgery she had. If they have to reposition the nipple which can cut the milk glands, then it might not be possible to breastfeed. If they do an implant straight under the muscle and no milk glands are cut then its usually possible.

I have 2 friends right now who are breastfeeding newborns and they have implants. It just depends on the type of implant surgeryIf a woman put silicone breast implants, later she will can breastfeeding?
My Mom got implants years ago after she had three children, then she had another three and she managed to breastfeed all of us. Sometimes mamary glands are destroyed though and then it's no longer possible to breastfeed. Also if they have to reposition the nipple theres a higher risk of mamary gland being destroyed. Most surgens will advice you to have children first before you get a breast job. When you have children your breasts change so much anyway, they stretch alot and woman often have to go for bigger implants. If a woman put silicone breast implants, later she will can breastfeeding?
It depends on the surgery but even those that have their nipples moved *may* be able to breastfeed.
