If you want black (rubber) or clear (silicone), then at a hardware store. Where they keep the O-rings.





Or cheap mall jewelry stores, or in grocery stores in the sections for little kids' birthday parties.
At your nearest mall: Claire's, Hot Topic, Icing, Spencer's. One of the four should have them.
