In your experience, are silicone nipple pads thick enough to prevent ';headlights';?

i would like to try those things... are they seem easy to use and will allow you to wear fancy dresses without worrying about strapless bra.





however, i am wary whether they are thick enough. i would hate to step out and find that it shows.

they are great, you can get them at walmart. the kind that stick to your boobs can hurt though,especially if you have any hairs around your nipples.





i usually just get the foam inserts from a swimsuit top and either pin/sew those to the dress, or i insert them into a tube top or camisole (the kind with a ';shelf'; bra).

Are you talking about pasties? There are these stick on things that you can buy at the store, and you wouldnt nip through them. I think you can find them in the bra section at your local clothing store.
