Breast Implants: Saline or Silicone and Why?

So doing some research and am considering breast augmentation. I would like to hear your opinion/personal experience and whether it was good or bad. Thanks!!Breast Implants: Saline or Silicone and Why?
My sister had silicone and nothing but problems..serious problems.

It's all about where your priorities are: Silicone is more natural feeling while Saline isn't as natural feeling but it is safer. Saline is pretty much like salt water, so if the implant pops the body can deal with it since it's not a foreign object, whereas if a Silicone implant were to pop you would need surgery immediately to remove it from the body.





As an A cup I personally would suggest silicone, simply because you more than likely do not have very much cushioning there to begin with to hide the feel of the saline...but that's just my personal opinion.





Ultimately it's up to you. I would definitely suggest discussing it with your surgeon as they know you're body type and with their experience they can give you the best recommendation.
I'm getting mine done in two weeks.. I'm getting silicone...I just like the way they feel and they don't ripple like saline do...





If you are concerned about rippling of saline and don't like the feel and don't like the possiblity of silicone leaking, try gummy bear implants.. They give you the safety of saline and the feel of silicone... Just cost much more
what is the reason for the implants? if it's to revive your figure after surgery, I would go with saline. This is only my opinion and based on past problems with silicone.





if the reason for implants is only to enhance your breast size, I question why you really want them. Women come in all shapes and sizes and breast size isn't that important. What's really important is that they're natural! i know, you're probably doing this for yourself. as a man I'd prefer a woman with natural breasts.. and size just doesn't matter that much.





ok. 105lbs.. petite build. I'd still say leave them alone. With your figure you could get away with a very thin bra.. or no bra somtimes and the hint of something else beneath would be far nicer than more size. just this guy's opinion. good luck to you!
